All week long, we've been asking you how much sleep you get each night.
Turns out for most of you in Michiana, it's not enough.
In fact, more than a third of adults typically get less than seven hours of sleep. The recommended amount is nine.
Thursday on 16 Morning News, Joel Schipper spoke with some sleep experts out at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center's Sleep Disorder Center in Mishawaka and answered your questions, all in honor of National Sleep Awareness Week.
Click on the videos above to hear what experts had to say about everything from dreaming to sleep aid medications.
If you'd like to contact the sleep center call (574) 252-3601.
