Police in LaGrange County continue to work on the double homicide of Terry and Darleen Anderson, which has gone unsolved for six years.
The Andersons were found beaten to death on October 21, 2005. Their daughter discovered the bodies in their Mongo home.
To this day, the murder remains unsolved and the case is still open. It was LaGrange County’s first-ever double homicide. You can read more of our previous coverage by clicking here.

Each year, the Mongo community comes together for a vigil, to pray that anyone with information comes forward.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 23, at the grave sites of the Andersons in the Mongo Community Cemetery on State Road 3 North at 1 p.m.
One-hundred balloons will be released at the end of the service, which will also include songs and prayer.
