A Goshen teenager is in hot water following an overnight joy ride, turned alleged drunk driving car crash.
Around 12:21 a.m. Saturday, Goshen police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Plymouth Ave. for a vehicle driving along a narrow bicycle path.
When officers arrived, they found a car crashed into a pedestrian foot bridge in Millrace Park, and the driver nowhere to be found.
Police later located the driver, a 17-year-old man, who showed visible signs of drunkenness. The teen submitted to a certified breath test with a result of .13%, more than 1.5 times the legal limit in the state of Indiana.
The juvenile, whose name is not being released, was processed and released to his parents.
