A Mishawaka firefighter is in the running for a $10,000 grand prize and the publication of his ribs recipe in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.
Ross Signorino is competing on Regis and Kelly's "Coast to Coast Firehouse Cook-Off" with his "Rossome Ribs." He says it is a family recipe that he has worked to perfect over the years.
Tuesday on 16 Morning News, Signorino showed us how to make his ribs and talked about his experience on LIVE with Regis and Kelly.
"Everybody was very nice, good people. The audience thought the food was great, which I can't ask for more than that," Signorino said.
