As spring approaches it's not just new home décor people are interested in, it's almost wedding season.
This weekend several bridal shows were going on, and one of them was at the Palais Royale in downtown South Bend.
The Bella Bridal Show was put on by Brides Ala Mode. Forty vendors were on hand, with tips and information on flowers, gowns, and caterers.
There were even celebrity wedding planners on hand.
"When you're a bride, you're a bride, you're a bride, whether you're a celebrity or a girl from Elkhart, Indiana like me. Your wedding is important to you," Kathy Strunkel from Brides Ala Mode said.
"They see these great ideas on wedding planning shows and want to bring them to South Bend and their wedding here. So we've brought some of that here to bring them ideas and inspiration to do that,” Strunkel said.
Brides Ala Mode is a free resource for brides-to-be. You can just come to their Granger location any time, and they'll point you to the right wedding professional to suit your needs.
