Looking for a cheap way to keep the kids cool during hot summer days? Some Michiana bowling alleys may have the answer.

They're offering two free games of bowling per day to kids 18 and under, and they can bowl every day of the summer.

All you have to pay for is shoe rental.

The program runs through august 31st and several bowling alleys in Indiana and Michigan are participating.

"It helps keep the kids off the street, and gives the family something to do for the summer," says Missy Buzas of Chippewa Bowl in South Bend. "They don't have to sit on the couch and play video games all summer and they can take advantage of the great special that we offer."

You can register kids online for the program and passes will be mailed every week.
