Indiana State Trooper Hit by Truck
An Indiana State Trooper is hospitalized after being hit by a truck.
The accident happened around 9:30 this morning along I-465 in Indianapolis.
Police say Trooper Hank Kalina was conducting a traffic stop, when a box truck hit him.
He was thrown several feet and landed in a ditch but Kalina was able to call for help on his radio.
A pregnant woman and a young child were also hurt.
None of the injuries are life-threatening.
