Two parents upset over school uniforms are taking an Indiana School District to court.
Laura and Scott Bell have filed a lawsuit against the Anderson School Board.
The couple claims the cost of school uniforms goes against the state constitution's guarantee of a free public education.
The Anderson Dress Code requires students to wear black, navy or khaki pants or skirts and solid-colored shirts or sweaters.
The Bells claim the cost of clothing places is an unfair financial burden on families.
The Anderson School District says it will defend the policy.
