A deadly accident shuts down a portion of I-94 in Indiana.
Police say two semis collided near mile marker 43 in Laporte County, about 3-miles south of the state line.
Police tell us a semi loaded with peaches slowed down for workers painting the road and a second semi hit him from behind.
The driver of the second truck was killed.
His name has not been released, but police say he is from Michigan.
The eastbound lanes of I-94 are still closed at this hour police say it will take a few more hours to clean up the crash.
