Tomorrow is the first day of spring and that means in just a few short months tens of thousands of people will descend on Silver Beach for the jewel of St. Joe's summer for the Venetian Festival.
The festival has announced its headlining musical acts for this summer and the rock group "Bowling for Soup" is on for the weekend.
Three years ago St. Joe commissioners canceled the band, saying it wasn't "family entertainment."
Rock band Kansas and country music artist Keith Anderson will also perform this year on the main stage.
The Venetian Festival runs from July 19th through 22nd and tickets go on sale beginning March 29th at the pump house in downtown St. Joe.
