The Indiana Department of Insurance orders a South Bend woman to "Cease and Desist" when it comes to selling insurance.
The Department of Insurance issued that emergency order today against Heather Husband.
Husband is the sister of All Star Insurance owner Danielle Frydrych.
Last month, Frydrych's and All Star Insurance’s licenses were taken away after numerous complaints from customers.
Customers alleged that Frydrych sold them insurance policies that were never written and she used the money to gamble and pay for personal expenses.
Today's order was filed because husband allegedly continued to sell insurance policies even without a license.
