Police were called to Willis Street between Burdette and Bulla just after 9 p.m. Saturday.
One person had been hit by an SUV and another claimed to have been hit by the same vehicle, but officers say there are conflicting reports.
A third person, a woman, claimed to have been hit by a case of beer during the fight and was missing her teeth on her lower jaw.
27-year-old Bradley Cass was driving the SUV. Cass has several previous traffic violations.
He was charged with operating while intoxicated and aggravated battery.
