South Bend , Ind. The sounds of classic rock, jazz, and rhythm and blues echoed throughout Downtown South Bend Friday, as folks enjoyed one of the last Fridays by the Fountain of the season.
It's the 13th year in a row for the free concert series, held right outside the Morris Performing Arts Center.
The performances continued Friday with the Whistle Pigs, a local seven-piece dance band made up of a close-knit family of musicians.
The group entertained a large crowd on Hunt Plaza during the lunch hour on what's been a beautiful summer day.
Fridays by the Fountain runs through September 6.
