Warsaw man facing stiff felony charges in connection with producing meth

A man is facing stiff felony charges after police say he made meth in his Warsaw apartment.

Foster Dutton, 39, is charged with manufacturing and dealing meth. That's after police searched the apartment in the 100 block of Scott Street Wednesday, and found several active labs.

Dutton faces especially stiff charges because he was so close to schools and city parks. Two teenagers were also at the apartment and were turned over to child services.

Dutton was booked on $20,000 bond.
