Warsaw man arrested for reportedly setting parents home on fire

A Warsaw man is in custody for allegedly setting his parents house on fire.

James Osborne, Jr. faces arson charges after an incident Tuesday afternoon. It happened in the 6300 block of west County Road 100 north.

When firemen arrived, they saw Osborne, Jr. and another family member fighting outside the house.

Officers arrested Osborne, Jr. who said he said he was disgruntled with family.

He told officers he set the house on fire after the family left, because he wanted to go back to jail. Osborne, Jr. was last arrested in June 2011 for resisting law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance.

He was released in August of last year. He is being held on a $10,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
