Warsaw man arrested for dealing drugs to officers

Warsaw, Ind. A Warsaw man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly selling prescription drugs and marijuana to undercover officers.

The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force Officers, Warsaw Police Department Narcotics Officers and Sheriff’s Department detectives arrested 35-year-old Chad Monroe Morgan.

Morgan was charged with felony dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance as well as felony dealing marijuana, Tuesday.

Kosciusko County D.T.F. officers say undercover units had purchased prescription medication along with marijuana from Morgan before.

Morgan is currently being held on a $4,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.

Kosciusko County Sheriff Rocky Goshert says concerned citizens in the community were instrumental in this arrest. He says the public is encouraged to call the Kosciusko County TIP line at 574-372-2494, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to leave their anonymous information for any drug or criminal activity in Kosciusko County.
