Warsaw man arrested for sexual battery against roommate's friend
A Warsaw man was arrested and is now behind bars Friday morning. Fred Christian, 53, after a criminal warrant was issued.
The arrest warrant from the Kosciusko County Prosecutors Office resulted in one count of sexual battery, a class D felony.
The sexual allegation stems from a September report when a 51-year-old woman told police she went to the Christian home in Warsaw to visit a friend, who was not there.
Instead, Fred Christian who does live at the home, confronted her, engaged in sexual touching, prevented her from leaving, and eventually forced her into intercourse.
Later in October, in an interview with police, Christian admitted he was involved with the woman.
