Vigil to be held for 12-year-old hit by cement truck

A vigil will be held this weekend for a 12-year-old who was hit by a cement truck.

According to our reporting partners at WSJM, it happened last week when Kenneth Lewis walked off the curb of Napier Avenue, in Benton Charter Township, and into the path of the truck.

Lewis remains hospitalized but is improving.

The candlelight vigil will be held at 9 p.m. Sunday in front of Benton Harbor High School.
