South Bend While several people are suffering from a little cabin fever, we have something that will pull you out of the house and get you through it. We are talking about free gardening classes all thanks to Unity Gardens.
Unity Gardens helps to improve community health physically, socially and economically.
It’s Winter Series of free gardening classes starts Thursday January 9th. There will be two classes a week for 10 weeks.
Some of the classes will talk about plant basics, garden planning, composting, seed starting, bee keeping, urban chickens and more. They have something for everyone and any age group is welcome.
