25-year-old Wilk was accused of child-neglect that resulted in death, a class A felony. But earlier in February, a jury was deadlocked in the case.
Wilk appeared in court Monday to hear the prosecutor's decision on whether or not to re-try her.
A new record date is set for May 13, and the trial will begin May 28th.
In June of 2011, 2-year-old Isaac Dunner and 4-year-old Dominick Wilk died from over exposure to the heat after they became trapped in the trunk of a car outside their home in New Carlisle.
