Two women were arrested in a dangerous meth lab and a main road was shut down.

This all happened Friday at a home in the 500 block of West Main in Mentone.

Inside, police found an active meth lab, along with drug paraphernalia.

Eva Jackson, 35, and Mary Davis, 44, were said to be in the middle of an extremely dangerous meth making process.

Mentone Fire had to shut down State Road 25 for about two hours while they dismantled the lab.

Jackson and Davis are charged with dealing and making meth.

Their bond is set at $10,000.
