The two alleged intruders who survived last week's shoot-out east of Notre Dame's campus, were arraigned on Monday.
Mario Mcgrew, 28, will continue to be held without bond until a hearing on Nov. 5. He's charged with one count felony murder, and felony burglary.
Shawn Alexander, 36, was charged with the same, plus a count of robbery. His hearing was set for Nov. 12.
It all started with a home invasion in the 18300 block of Warrick St. Police found Michael Jackson, 40, dead from multiple gunshots.
The homeowner, Robert Carrico, 28, was shot but lived.
Mcgrew was also shot, and went to the hospital later that night.
He told investigators the gunfight started when he, Jackson and Alexander tried to hold Carrico and two women at gunpoint.
