The trial of a man accused of shooting two men, and killing one of them, is expected to begin Monday.
Anthony Jefferson, 43, reportedly shot Jason Reid and Tyreece Walker back in September.
Reid died from the shooting.
In the days leading up to the shooting, police say Jefferson forced a woman to withdraw money from an ATM and then robbed a 7-11 in Mishawaka.
He then fled to his stepmother's house in Rockford, Illinois and had a stand-off with police, before being arrested.
Jefferson is facing murder, confinement and robbery charges.
