Third home invasion suspect still at large

NORTH WEBSTER The victim of an armed home invasion still has reason to fear. Though two of the accused attackers have been caught, a third is still at large.

19-year-old Austin Smith and 23-year-old Zachary Smith were arrested outside a North Webster home just after midnight Thursday.

They and one of the victims were verbally fighting when officers arrived. Police tell Stacey Page Online the attackers may have known the victim. A third suspect got away from officers on the scene, but all of the stolen items were found and returned to their owners.

The Smiths are being held on $10,000 bond at the Kosciusko County Jail.
