Third Annual Winter Wonderland held at Saint Mary's College

South Bend, Ind. It appears that Santa traveled all over the Michiana area Saturday, including Saint Mary's College. Students hosted their third Annual Winter Wonderland.

It's an event for families and children to celebrate the holidays along with the center for the homeless, Robinson Community Center and the South Bend Public School Corporation.

Children were able to do a variety of fun activities, like making edible Christmas trees and even meeting Santa.

"It’s the holiday season and we think that the kids should be able to celebrate the holidays with their family,” says Alli Gerths the Board Vice President. “So, it’s a time for children to make memories with their parents or guardians or whoever they're here with or any part of their family. I think the holiday spirit is a live at Saint Mary's and we just wanted to be able to share that with them."

The Winter Wonderland was organized by the Saint Mary's Traditional Board, a branch of the Student Activity Board.
