"The Voice" winner returns home to Indianapolis

Indianapolis, Ind. The winner of NBC’s "The Voice" is back in his Hoosier hometown.
Late Thursday night, Josh Kaufman returned to Indianapolis to a cheering crowd at the airport; and he has a busy weekend ahead.

Kaufman will be the official grand marshal for the Indianapolis 500 Festival Parade, among other activities. He will even get to make an honorary lap during the pre-race ceremonies.

Kaufman said he's looking forward to being at home with his wife and kids. He was announced as the winner of "The Voice" on Tuesday.

Actor Jim Nabors, meantime, is the honorary grand marshal. He will sing "Back Home Again in Indiana" for the last time this Sunday, something he has done since 1972.
