A South Bend teenager accused in a fatal shooting earlier this year was in court Thursday, where he failed to enter a plea.
Damontray Lovelady, 17, is charged with murder and two other gun-related counts. The shooting happened in mid-September in the 3100 block of West Washington St.
Jhaelon Johnson, 16, died from a single gunshot wound to the head, and two others were injured by gunshots to their legs.
Lovelady is scheduled to be back in court January 15 for his next hearing.
