Sexual misconduct charges against a former Knox Middle School teacher have been dropped in exchange for a guarantee that he will never teach again.
WKVI reports that Todd Boldry was arrested back in August on charges of official misconduct and child seduction - both class D felonies.
He is accused of having sexual relations with a student in 2007 and 2008.
The victim told Starke County prosecutors she didn't want Boldry to serve prison time, but she didn't want him to be able to teach other students.
As part of an agreement, Boldry surrendered his teaching license, and criminal charges were dropped.
