A woman who was slated to plead guilty to tax fraud in court today—failed to show up.
The judge gave Alicia Green the benefit of the doubt—that her absence may have been the result of mis-communication.
Green and others are slated to go on trial next month. They allegedly filed more than 1,100 fraudulent tax returns and kept the refunds.
Alicia Green’s plea hearing was re-set for the 25th of September.
