Suspect sentenced in cousin's overdose death

ARGOS A man will spend two years behind bars after being convicted in the drug overdose death of his cousin.

Olan Howard, 38, from Argos, was originally charged with murder, but prosecutors shifted to an involuntary manslaughter charge because they say he didn't intend for Stephen Vires to die.

Vires died in May 2012 because of a lethal mix of drugs in his system. Howard gave him morphine.
