KOSCIUSKO COUNTY A man is under arrest for threatening a hospital employee over the phone.

Stacey Page Online reports that Eugene Sleezer, 39, was booked into the Kosciusko County jail last week.

In March, he allegedly threatened a hospital employee when she couldn't immediately hand over medical records for his deceased mother. She told him she needed to see a birth certificate first. Sleezer reportedly threatened the woman, saying he had just been released from prison, and no amount of security or police resistance could keep him away from the hospital.

He is accused of making similar threats to another woman over the phone around the same time, saying he was going to kill her.

Sleezer has a long arrest history in Kosciusko County, with criminal charges dating back to 1994. They include theft, sexual misconduct with a minor, and neglect of a dependent.
