SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- A former employee of St. Mary's College accused of drilling holes to peep on students in dorm bathrooms signed a waiver Wednesday saying he wouldn't fight extradition.

David Summerfield, 73, of Niles was arrested on charges of voyeurism and theft after he admitted to drilling holes in the attic floor of Le Mans Hall and peeping at students.

He also admitted he took students' clothing from the laundry room without their permission.

Summerfield is expected to be transferred to Indiana as soon as early next week.
