Tarlok Singh, 65, is charged with dealing, a misdemeanor, and possession, a Class D Felony.

On June 6, a confidential informant made a controlled purchase of synthetic drugs from Rick's Gas Station on South Main Street in Mishawaka, marked with the brand name 7H. It tested positive for the presence of synthetic marijuana.

Three days later, officers executed a search warrant and found 256 packets of suspected synthetic marijuana, which also tested positive.

Singh's trial is set for September 18th.
