Michiana can help those less fortunate by "stuffing a bus” November 10 at Martin's.

Martin's Supermarket and 103.9 The Bear sponsor an annual drive to collect non-perishable food items and personal care supplies for the Center for the Homeless. A full list of needed items is available at area Martin’s.

Center for the Homeless representative Taya Groover says supplies collected during Stuff-A-Bus keep the center going for eight months out of the year.

“With food being one of the highest costs for the Center, it’s amazing,” Groover says.

Tommy Carroll from 103.9 The Bear.

“A lot of the stuff like diapers, we can’t forget about those things,” 103.9 The Bear’s Tommy Carrol says. “They help people get through the year. It’s not just food, it’s the items that help people surive.”

The drive runs from 10a.m. - 4p.m. at all 17 Martin's Supermarkets.
