The fight to keep some 430 jobs in Goshen from moving to Mexico, will head to the courts later this month.
While Cequent Towing Products has already made the decision to move its Goshen operations to Mexico by the end of the year, the Steelworkers Union, that represents most of the workers, sees that as a contract violation.
The Union filed federal court action, seeking to stop a move. A federal judge in South Bend has now scheduled a hearing on the matter for January 17.
