State files motion to dismiss case against man accused of promoting postitution

The case against the man accused of promoting prostitution has been dismissed.

Exavier McCaster, 28, allegedly provided food and lodging to at least three women so they would work as prostitutes. One of those women was just 18 years old.

Tuesday, the state filed a motion to dismiss and it was granted. However, the Prosecutor's Office did not say why the case was dismissed.
