Starke Co. man arrested for meth

Sentencing began Thursday for a Starke County man found guilty of manufacturing methamphetamine in the presence of two young children.

According to WKVI Radio, Robert Singleton Jr. made an appearance in the Starke Circuit Court after being convicted of dealing meth, a class B felony. Singleton was also convicted of several class D felonies including possession of precursors, methamphetamine, and maintaining a common nuisance.

The judge sentenced Singleton to ten years in jail for dealing meth and 18 months for the nuisance charge. Singleton will serve both sentences concurrently.
