St. Joseph Regional Medical Center House Raffle begins

It's that time of the year again, when a winning raffle ticket could be the key to a new home.

This 2,400 square foot home in Clay Township is the grand prize in this year's St. Joseph Regional Medical Center House Raffle.

The tickets are $150 each, and the winner gets the house worth more than $350,000. There are plenty of other great prizes too, and the odds of winning something are 1 in 94.

It's all a fundraiser for the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and Women's Care Center.

Ann Rathburm-Lacopo, Chief Development Officer for Foundation of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, explains how many years they have been a part of the raffle, “This is the 21st year, we sell out of offers in as little as two days.”

Ann Manion, President of Women's Care Center, explains what else they help the winners out with, ”They’re benefiting from our counseling, parenting classes, and all the things we do.”

Tickets for the house raffle go on sale Tuesday, March 6. When they do, you better get yours fast, because they sell out quickly.
