NILES, Mich.-- The former Saint Mary's College employee accused of peeping on students in a dorm bathroom has been officially charged.

David Summerfield, 73, of Niles faces voyeurism and felony theft charges.

Court documents say he admitted to drilling multiple holes in the attic floor of Le Mans Hall.

The holes were above the showers on the fourth floor and allowed him to view students while they showered.

He also admitted he took students' clothing from the laundry room without their permission. Those stolen items were found at his home.
