In a sudden change in events, a film festival could be on its way to St. Joseph, Michigan
City manager Frank Walsh said earlier this year that the city would not steal the Waterfront Film Festival from Saugatuck.
WSJM reports the city has changed their mind, and would like to bring the film festival to St. Joseph in 2015 or 2016.
Hosting the festival would cost $100,000, which would come from local sponsors.
