A driver going too fast around a corner on State Road 23 is in the hospital, after crashing near North Liberty.
The driver lost control around 2a.m. Wednesday, running off the road into the trees where S.R. 23 curves near Lath Trail.
He was able to crawl out of the vehicle and was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
