South Bend truck driver facing charges in fatal Indianapolis accident
Hamilton County, Ind. Tarrance Lee of South Bend is facing criminal recklessness charges after police say he caused a fatal accident Friday morning in Indianapolis.

Tarrance Lee of South Bend is facing criminal recklessness charges after police say he caused a fatal accident Friday morning in Indianapolis.
Hamilton County Police say the accident happened at 236th Street and US 31, north of Indianapolis.
47 year old Lee, ran a red light in his semi and hit a van driven by 65 year old David Clouser of Carmel.
Clouser was killed instantly while two other people had to be extricated from the van, both were taken to the hospital for injuries.
Lee, who was driving a truck for Storm Trucking, refused to take a breathalyzer test after the crash and was arrested.
He is charged with criminal recklessness causing death, and false informing.
