South Bend, Ind. As we approach the 50th Anniversary of President Kennedy's Assassination many of us are remembering the man and what he stood for. One of those people is Ute Nicks of South Bend.
Ute is originally from Germany and she has an original document from President Kennedy's visit to Berlin. On it are German words written out phonetically so the president could say them.
Ute remembers the American president fondly. She says Germans were very sad when they heard of his death.
