The South Bend teen that is charged with the attempted rape of a Department of Child Services case worker was scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon.
Isaac Miller, 19, trapped the woman in his unit and held her at knifepoint.
Court documents say Miller forced her into the bathroom where he choked and attempted to rape her. The caseworker was able to free herself, run out of the house and get help.
Miller is charged with attempted rape, sexual battery and strangulation among other things. His first court hearing is on Sept. 30. Until then, he is being held in the St. Joseph County Jail on $100,000 bond.
