The city of South Bend is working to make businesses and streets more handicap-accessible, and they're asking for public opinion on their plans.
A public hearing will be held Tuesday, January 8, at 9:30a.m. at the County-City building.
The meeting will allow residents to learn more about the Americans with Disabilities Transition Plan and share their input. The city is taking comments through January 25.
