The color green is filling the streets of Downtown South Bend, as folks prepare for a packed weekend of St. Paddy's Day festivities.
The annual Tent Party and Pub Tour is going on right now in the parking lot between Wayne Street and Western Avenue downtown.
The fun got underway at 5 p.m., and will continue until 11 p.m. There will be food, drinks, music and other entertainment.
General admission is $5, and you must be 21 or older.
That'll get you into the tent, and includes free access to the Transpo Trolleys, which will be making stops at 15 different downtown "pubs" until 12:30 a.m.
Saturday morning, bring out the family for South Bend's St. Patrick's Day Parade.
It starts at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Frances Street, and ends right by Seitz Park.
After the parade, stick around for the Greening of the East Race around noon.
