A South Bend man pleaded guilty Tuesday in connection with a fatal shooting outside the Anchor Inn in September.
Ramon Deleon Junior is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Cesar Flores. Police found Flores lying in the street with several gunshot wounds.
Because of a plea agreement, Deleon's sentence won't be more than 30 years. He will also have to testify against a second shooter, James Garcia.
Sentencing is set for next month.
