SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A South Bend man, involved in a triple shooting last fall that left one man dead, has been indicted on six counts of drug dealing.
Robert Carrico was the owner of the Clay Township home where an attempted burglary led to the shooting death of Michael Jackson, 40.
The charges include the intentional distribution of ecstasy and marijuana.
They also include the use of a firearm in the furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Carrico's initial hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, but a motion was filed to reschedule for Wednesday.
