Another baby has died while using a recalled Nap Nanny.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the baby girl was eight months old and was found hanging over the device, trapped between the nap Nanny and her crib bumper.

She is the sixth child to die in the device.

The CPSC urges parents and caregivers to stop using Nap Nannies, which have already been recalled.

The manufacturer is out of business, so the following companies are handling the recall: Amazon.com, Buy Buy Baby, Toys R Us, and Babies R Us.
