Starting Friday you can share your memories and experiences from the State Theatre in South Bend for generations to come.
The project is in coordination with the city of South Bend and IU South Bend.
The theatre just reopened to a huge crowd back in March but there is still a lot of work to be done to restore it to its former glory.
The project aims to record people's memories in photographs, written words, audio recordings and video interviews.
Anyone who wishes to share their stories can stop by the State Theatre from 5-8 p.m. Friday or if that doesn’t work you can sign up for a different time. Participants will be required to sign a release form.
